ULI Greece & Cyprus organized a panel discussion and site tour of the OTE Kerameikos Building, LEED certified building at gold level, as part of the “Buildings we admire” series. Natalia Strafti, Grivalia’s COO, Olga Itsiou, Dimand’s Technical Director, and George Taboureas, OTE Estate’s Technical Director, participated in the panel discussion which was moderated by Charalampos Giannikopoulos, DCarbon’s MD.

The discussion was focused on the insights and of the green labelled buildings in Greece, the challenges, the lessons learned and the future of the green real-estate. The participants highlighted the added value created for projects which have been sustainably developed and the impact those priorities have on a financial level through successful attraction of international investors.
