The project is a core & shell major renovation and OTE Estate S.A. will have a limited level of influence in this speculatively developed building, since the project team does not control all scopes of a whole building’s design and construction. The owner Company has an aspiration that the building complex, after its restructuring, will become a landmark for the surrounding area.

The complex consists of four (4) parts which were built successively by different each time engineers, as shown in the property data already noted. The entire complex covers nearly the entire plot. The entire building complex is to be leased. The project scope intends to organize in the best possible manner the activities required by the prospective tenants.
