Arcania Business Center, owned by Grivalia Properties REIC, was certified according to BREEAM In-Use Part 1 scheme achieving the “Very Good” rating. The Project achieved sustainable improvements through operational efficiency, leading to enhanced asset value and quality tenants’ attraction.

The process aimed at mitigating the life cycle impacts on the environment through the provision of a credible, environmental label. Health & Wellbeing, Energy, Transport, Water, Materials, Waste, Land Use & Ecology and Pollution issues were assessed in order to define the sustainable value of the building and contribute to corporate social responsibility, business reporting and sustainable business leadership. DCarbon has provided BREEAM Assessor services for the certification of the Project.
