In November 2014 the 1st public building in Greece to pursue LEED was certified with LEED Silver. The National Museum of Contemporary Art (NMCA) was the latest 2014 addition in the collection of LEED projects in Greece and has been managed by DCarbon.
In October 2014 Greece welcomed the first the LEED Platinum building which was completed under the sustainability management consulting of DCarbon. The Hellenic American Educational Foundation Preschool & Kindergarten was certified with LEED Platinum.
DCarbon along with pioneer companies presented and discussed their experience for their certified sustainable buildings at the 1st Forum for Sustainable Buildings in Greece.

EREN Athens Offices has become the 2nd building in Greece to achieve LEED. The project development included the major renovation and conversion of an existing residential building to a modern office building achieving LEED silver.
