Tavros Office Building was certified with LEED v3 for Operations & Maintenance. This 23,800 m2 existing office building, located at Tavros, has achieved the highest LEED score in Greece, thus becoming the first project to achieve LEED for EBOM at Platinum level.

The process enabled the building owner to measure operations, improvements and maintenance, with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing environmental impacts. In particular, the building was evaluated in terms of actual energy and water management, site maintenance, waste management as well as indoor environmental qualities and transportation patterns. Certain measures were taken, such as a full commissioning program and a holistic framework of operational policies which optimized the overall environmental footprint of the building.
