Sorou 8 Office building has a GFA of 15,500 m2 including the parking area. The Project achieved LEED certification for in 2015. The Projects has become the 1st project in Greece to achieve LEED for Operations & Maintenance.

The building is a conventional office building with five floors above grade and four floors below grade. The project site includes extended vegetated area. What makes this achievement so special is the commitment of the property owner and the building operations staff. The certification was achieved thanks to the joint effort with the ownership, tenants, contractors, and building staff. The green building movement offered an unprecedented opportunity to respond to the most important challenges of our time, including global climate change, dependence on non-sustainable and expensive sources of energy and threats to human health.
