Agemar Office Building has been certified with LEED for New Construction at Platinum level. This outcome is the result of a very intensive process and great effort to create one of the most sustainable buildings on a regional level.

The shipping company’s new headquarters include administration and office spaces of Anangel Maritime Group of companies, educational centre, as well as shipping departments and private basement parking area. It also includes complementary spaces such as Museum, Library, Café for the Administration, Offices of the Foundation, Gym, Amphitheatre and Restaurant.

The Project has achieved significant reduction in energy and water use. Passive design such as energy efficient glazing and upgraded HVAC building systems allowed a considerable reduction in energy demand for lighting and cooling. In parallel, the design was optimized to provide improved thermal comfort conditions for the occupants and visitors. Biophilic elements further improve human experience.
