This Adidas outlet store is a retail – interior design project with a GFA of 700 m² and is located close to Bucharest International Airport. The project was certified with LEED v4 for Retail at Silver level in March 2019.

The project scope included the installation of interior finishes, floor, non-structural partitions, furniture, interior doors and other components that made the space fully compatible with its intended type of use. In addition, the MEP systems, as well as lighting serving this store were upgraded. No work occurred on the exterior shell or the structural components of the project. LEED certification contributed to the overall sustainability story of the brand.
